RAMAIR Filters bespoke Rocket-3 underclaw filter.

WITH A DECENT EXHAUST I must stress, the cams will add up to 14hp. It is very tricky to be exact because there are many variables.Typically on bikes I have done cams and tune to suit add 12/13hp. Motor is smoother with the 110km/h buzz gone from the bars, and much more lively. It feels like 25hp has been added as they change the way the bike behaves. Think racy nurse from head matron :)

I'll take the racy nurse every time ;)

Further to this topic , I have just finished tuning a 2006 Classic with the Jardines of that day and my baby street cams. The RAMAIR filter worked very well, I ended up with a real smooth power curve and 172 hp and 163 feet of torque. I have never got better with this combo of parts. Bike started out with the exhaust on board, but stock style filter and a PC USB tune at 141hp. The owner will be pleasantly surprised I think to pick up 31hp and 23ft lbs for fun. Cams and filters and tune only. So now I have 5 RAMAIR filters on the shelf for those who wish to keep the bearclaw.
NEV what is the total cost of that complete package out the door ??

10% ish is good. From what I gather it's a more a mid range thing. Gollops of mid range torque. Rubber shredding time.

Best I've seen was changing the exhaust and rejetting on a 1997 Buell - instant +35% mid range torque.

Never knew there were special matrons for heads.

Thats a bit shiny on your matt black bike. There's a gloss black one in my shed that would suit it.

Careful boys...I seem to remember someone getting booted for doing business on this site and I would just as soon Nev stayed on here to give us some much valued advice about our Bikes
