It might look smaller with the (chrome) shrouds back on, especially if they can be made a bit wider to cover more of the black grill. With the shrouds off all you see is the full size of the radiator and I reckon it looks bigger that way without anything framing it. I might be wrong but could be worth a try.

Give a go Tomcat ,when someone said the slots should be vertical i started to worry but having had it fitted for a few months now, i dont even notice the rad cover now which is what i was after in the first place.

Perhaps as Hogweed suggested just give it a while. He certainly offers better suggestions than Gothlander and Catherine do .. peach !!!

Mate I think it looks good, you might just be too used to seeing the old shroud.
Certainly makes the radiator look smaller.

Mounted .. not sure if I like it to be honest. Be interested to see what you blokes reckon. Gothlander (the fashionista) reckons the stripes are running the wrong way .. makes my radiator look fat true.
