Hans,
The Teespring outfit was dumped on me and were not of my choosing.
I went to huge effort, sending at leas 8 files in 4 different formats to Teespring.
Was made nervous when I was told they never heard of the CorelDraw graphics program ( a standard that's been around for over 25 years).
They were nice folks, but stone stupid!
In fairness it was a complex design; however, after many explanations and telling me they understood, they remained screwed up regarding the white outlines, which did not show up without a black background. What pissed me off was that they did absolutely NO quality control check of the product before they sent it out!!!
The errors were obvious and they should have caught them and contacted me. That is why I shall never do future business with them.
One thing I did find better about Teespring was they do take individual orders and sen them out to individuals.
CustomInk does not do this, which creates more PITA work for me. I have to take the orders, send them in for printing and then have them shipped to Spearfish for dispensing at the RAA XI event.
This year's design is not so complicated, although it did take more hours to create.
Hopefully, they will NOT be screwed up!
PS: Thanks for giving me the opportunity to finally get this off of my chest.
Steve
