No, I have a front brake sticking problem on the 750, and it has ancient tires, the ones I bought it with 5 years ago. I was going to take it in a couple weeks ago, but due to the trip expenses, and needing tires and service on the rocket, figured I'd wait til I got back. It may have started with second gear, but it seems like other gears now as well. If I shift under 3K, it seems alright, so I am doing the detente spring today, and we'll see. Funny, the owner of my dealership called me this morning about unrelated stuff, doing some work on his daughter's house, he said if it was the tranny, he'd see what he could do for me.

Change the oil and filter, rewire the useless horn and pack. Leaving tomorrow morning for my first stop in Muncie. My first trip to the Rockies and to meet with such a good bunch of guys again has me so stoked!
I was hoping to have a beer with California Jim but after that pic he posted yesterday I doubt he'll live long enough to ride again..........

Come on man lets make it happen!

Hey yoous guys! I have been with my head down and ass up for too long with work and bike issues. I just realized I am out of time. Been having everybody under the sun trying to find my electrical gremlin to no avail. The glitch has to do with the speedo and tach gauges so I am not too worried. If I have to get a tow, so be it. Anybody coming through DFW? If so, when?

Leaving Rio Grande Valley on Friday afternoon then I will be leaving from Bastrop on Saturday looking to ride to Amarillo then sleep and ride in to Montrose on Sunday More or less not sure if that helps.

Me and Nolton will be passing through Saturday with the bikes in the trailer, and the ol ladies in the truck. Unless they get out of line, then they might be in the trailer too. I can bring the ramps, and we can load your bike in the bed of the truck too if she needs a ride.
