Tomorrow I get to leave work (Midland, TX), and drive 775 miles in the wrong direction to go home and pack to head up there.

Chris,Dave ,Paul ,Peggy and myself will be going by South of Warrenton Thursday on our way to Lupe's I got world that they all pulled into Muncie for the night at the Watcher's house.

Coming home today it was raining heavy, temps had dropped to mid-60s. I was carefully threading a path east, between the semis on I-80...

I approached a couple Harleys that were traveling much slower than me.

Quite a comical site. One guy had a beanie helmet & he was good compared to guy he was following.
Right hand high overhead on the apehanger. Left hand tucked into body. No helmet. No windshield. He did have a balaclava on,,,and sunglasses.

I left this am at 6:30 for Warrenton, arrived at 5. 610 miles. Storms were going to hit my area Friday and I did not want to deal with a long day with that in it. Friggin back is killing me now. Day of rest waiting for Orgre and others tomorrow.

My ETA is 6-ish. Charley may be there sooner. He will be on a red&cream Valk.

My forecast is showing 37 degrees when I leave tomorrow. But dry & things will warm up quickly...I will prob'ly pass through the front & hit some rain on the way.

T minus 10 hr. 25 min. & counting...all systems go.
