I'm reserved for Monday night 6-23 through Thursday night 2-26 departing Friday morning.

What day is the ride to Pikes Peak planned for ? My Sister and Son live in the shadow of PP in Colorado Springs. We can all go to her house for lunch ... yeah right. But it would be cool to surprise them with a group of motorcycle enthusiasts showing up at their door. She lives in in the Old Colorado City section where all the cool touristy shops are and real close to the Garden of the Gods rock formations.

Great question, potato.
No day ride planned for that as it's like 500 miles.
HOWEVER, a few us are fixing to do Mt. Evans and Pikes Peak after the RAA, Perhaps Saturday.

On a side note
I see that there are several of us going from the NW. My brother and I are going to leave here (Tacoma) probably on the 20th and work our way to Vernal, UT and hook up with Rolltide. Let me know if you be interested in any of this.
I see Grizzdan is from WA as well. Albertaduke is from Calgary and could possibly hook up around Salt Lake,IF he wished. Guess I better find that map someone smartly put up.

I can't leave Boise until about 1 PM or so on the 21st. I'm the Pack Leader for our local RAT Pack we call BRAT. We have our monthly meeting that Saturday morning. After that I can run. If you want to link-up in Nampa, ID. where I live just off exit 36, we could do that.

I was thinking of leaving after work on the 20th but Im somewhat flexible. I didn't get a room Sunday so I planned on rolling into Montrose on Monday. I'd be game for riding together if it works out.

We were fixing on leaving Tacoma like 8 AM the 20th and make La Grande or Baker City, OR for the first night. Hopefully hook up with Idaho Red in Nampa, ID the next afternoon. I want to get into Montrose Sunday evening. I have an extra room so your Sunday night should be no problema.
 
I have a king room for Sunday night, Hotel says we can put a roll away in there if we need to. I may perhaps have a spot for the rest of the week a room with two queens, waiting to hear from an old friend in Texas. Don't even think it, if he decides to come I shall not be sleeping with him. Just saying I may have a spare bed for Monday through Friday!

I think that might be too much for one day?...prob'ly do PP and stay CO Sprgs? then Mt Evans next day?--might be more realistic.

So who IS planning the day rts?

If Monday is an arrival or rest day, then we would want maybe 4 day loops?

Tues/Wed/Thus/Fri???
