RAA 9 June 2014 Colorado head count

I changed up the look of the bike while cleaning last night.
New pipe and tune from Hanso
Solo seat and low shield
I also took the wheel off and made sure everything is lubed, noticed the abs ring was bend, fixed it and now the light goes out.

Wow that camera takes some super clear video. Thanks for posting.

Wow that is some good video, is that a genuine go pro and which model is it, been thinking about buying one but cost a mint here want make sure I get a good one, glad you warned us of the rattle sounded nasty if it had been something else

I got back last night. Cords were showing on the Metz when I pulled into Erico Motorsports in Denver on Friday for a new Bridgestone. What a difference in handling and it corrected the speedo to within 2-3 mph at 80 according to the GPS. My son, grandson and I really enjoyed putting faces to all the handles online. I am glad we came and look forward to next year. One thing I learned on this, my first long trip(4000 miles in 14 days), is what a great investment my trailer was and probably should use it more especially as I get older. The return to South Carolina was long, hot and humid but I managed to stay ahead of the severe weather. Thanks again for a great time and I look forward to the next RAA meet.

Great video and the scenery was fantastic ,old mate on the following bike had me worried no helmet and just a vest, but he looked big and tough enough to take a bit of punishment, Mr Plod would love him over here

LIKE LIKE LIKE Those GDMFKNG bicycles!!!!!!

Thanks to all who had a hand in trying to find my electrical gremlin. Rocket Scientist, Speedy, and Warp (who also found and fixed my oil leak!

That sh*t is still funny. My wife laughs every time I bring it up.

Oh !!! And when you had your first smoke in Montrose. The kid on the ****** rocket.

GoPro Hero 3+

I have to work on the mounting & search for potential rattles but yes it does a good job.

There are several options for video capture.
The widest angle gives good scenery shots but even a bike less than one second away, looks distant in playback.

That first vid that I posted @ CO Nat. Mon. was shot on medium wide. So the other bikes look a little closer but you still get nice scenery too.

There is another even less wide angle option beyond that but I haven't tried it yet on a bike.

I have a couple more vids that I'm working on that I will post when ready.
One is a mishmash of vids & pics from phone & GoPro that has a lot of the Pikes Peak descent.

The other one is on rt 141 south of Gateway CO. Lots of high speed on that one.

Some of my forward facing vids got messed up by bugs splatting over lens...yuck.
