RAA 9 June 2014 Colorado head count

Just realized I did the last 640 miles in 7 hours and 45 minutes... thats running on a car tire and in major storm through Iowa... 3500rpms plus the whole way 90+ mph... Got passed by a state trooper once when the skies turned green. Folks at Kearney Powersports Nebraska helped me on Sunday to get new tire fitted after calling around and getting a mechanic in on his day off to install it. The tire store in town was closed but after hearing my situation the owner came in to sell me a tire. The service manager at the bike store drove me across town to get the tire... he then stopped to buy me breakfast... awesome people...

3548 miles for the week, awesome roads and great people, I had a blast. Met some wonderful folks along the way...

Andy, I will be your wingman any day... Looking forward to the Wolfpack of black rockets riding again...

Really glad to hear that you made it home. Given a chance, most mid-westeners are awesome: sometimes life's pressure just get in our way and keep us from being more helpful.

Was very nice to meet you. We shall ride again.

Definitely you are on the invite list for future Wisconsin trips for sure...

Gentlemen, for those who had me in their ECU, let me know how your bike ran on the ride home (or after you get home if trailered.) I may be able to make some small changes. In any event, PM me and I will send you your original tune so that you can restore if needed. Safe riding to all!
