utah.. some great riding at and around Bryce canyons,

now the alps would be nice too, actually it would be the ultimate experience from frankfurt to france's alps through italy's dolomites, a visit to the moto guzzy factory at lago di como sleep in cortina d'ampezzo, through four major mountains pass and down in switzerland a side trip to lugano for the hardy ones ,then up the cuckoo clock town of furtwangen in the black forest and back to old usa via frankfurt. lots of good food beer sausages bra less swimmer by the hundreds everywhere there is water !!! yeah would be nice any one interested!! I can organize it done it before would do it again ..the wife run a tour operator company no sweat doing it count approx $10 000 for everything except airfare for persons and bike including a van and driver. every captains lets go it is only money !!

You're asking for Capt's to offer up space...Come on over to Germany...I can fit 10 in my house, more if you wanna camp, and there's a bar in the back! :D We can do the Alps up right. I better get a discount though, since I won't be renting a bike!!

Bra, that sounds kind of cool but I just cant do a resort.
I would rather sleep in a tent next to a campfire with some of the best friend that I have ever known than be pampered in a resort. I would rather dig a hole, drop a load, fill in the hole than look at a bidet.
I like what God has to offer more than what Man has to offer.
I'm not knocking your concept. It sounds great if your riding in another country and cant speak the language but it just ain't me.
Mom and pop hotels/motels or a state park.
The baggage carrier idea I really like though.;):D

Nolt, I think you have a wrong idea of those trips he's referring to...Never stayed in a resort over here yet. They're usually mom and pop type small hostels...maybe 7-10 rooms in the entire place. But covered parking for the bikes, wash pits for the goggles or visors, great food and the beers always flowing (pop cooks and daughter pours the beer). The only difference is some company sets it all up, drives the van (with the luggage service), and rents you the bikes and riding gear if needed. It's not a tent and field shovel toilet, but they're a long way from anything resembling a resort :D

That is more like it. Sorry but resort just didn't click right in my head.

Have you done research on these companies?

Wife would not let me get another bike until had a place to put it (porch and inside were off limits after 3 bikes)so i showed her built 35x50 foot shed enough room for many more

What kind of toys you got bra ? I might come over and play. :D

If any of you Aussies or anyone from any other country, think you can come this way in about a year, we will help out.

Just not everyone at one time please.

Consider it !!!!!!!!!

Here's a few ;) pics from Switzerland/Austria/France/Italy Alps......

Shows a few "inns" "roads" "deserts".........the old painted motorcycles are often placed outside establishments to let people know that they are "biker friendly".

The guy riding the Rocket is flydive a pilot that lives over there (he's a moderator on .com as well)

I shipped my wee strom over for 2 months back in 07.

I'd love to go back to the Dolomites for 2-3 weeks riding.........

Ya gotta love those Italian road builders.......
