Guys & Gals I have been dealing with some health issues the past several months and have not been able to be my usual organized self here is what I have so far if anyone want to jump in and plan anything additional feel free.
Friday
Food: cookout burgers, dogs, chips (Me and katie will provide) Donations accepted to help cover the cost
Entertainment : I have asked Wayne from American ride maps to come give us one of his secret road talks about the area. I highly encourage the people that have been to the area before to attend and venture off in small groups and explore the area to maximize your riding pleasure.
Ride: No Planed Ride for Friday / But there are many nices roads in the area and I will be happy to assist anyone in mapping out a good ride. / If someone would like to take a group out now is the time to speak up.
Bon Fire, Music, and community cooler will be available BYOB
Saturday
Food: Fend for yourself there are many places within walking distance or a short drive from the motel / If I can come up with an other option between now and the event I will update / If someone else would like to take on the responsibility of coordinating food for this night now is the time to speak up.
Entertainment : I have hired a karaoke / DJ for Saturday night between 8:00 and 11:00 (if you want to donate a few bucks to help with the cost we will pass the hat around)
Door Prizes: A lot of member in the past have always brought door prizes to give away and I would like to encourage everyone to continue. this has always been a big highlight and source of fun. I need a volunteer to coordinate this part of the event ( Please help)
Rides : for the guys new to the area either myself or a volunteer will be doing group rid to the dragon approx 160 mile round trip that will include 2 trips on the dragon, a couple of scenic Dam stops, the hell bender aka (top half of the moonshiner 28) other are encouraged to venture off in small groups and use the info from our guest speaker to plan a great ride you have not done before. Me and Katie will be taking souvenir Pic at the Dragon store for those that want them.

Rides : for the guys new to the area either myself or a volunteer will be doing group ride on and around the Blueridge parkway approx 160 mile round trip that will include several Waterfalls, Great curves and scenery, other are encouraged to venture off in small groups and use the info from our guest speaker to plan a great ride you have not done before. Me and Katie will be taking souvenir Pic at the Highest point on the Blueridge Parkway for those that want them.
Sorry guys I hate for my last event to be this unorganized but I need to concentrate on my health so I am able to attend this Fun event. Thanks again for all your support these past few years and I plan on being rested and ready to party by May. Me and Katie will be at the holiday may 10th thru the 20th so come early if you wish the party will be started.
