RAA 8 Attendance list

Glad you made it home Lonnie...I was worried until you posted...

I really had a great time messing with you. I guess it was my feeble way to pay you my greatest admiratation of your efforts on BLCKIE..

I'll leave the key story to you...if you decide to tell it:p

Canberra.

Not really what I want...But it get to you when you have to guard everything you own... you can't even leave a water hose out without so SOB stealing it. every shed I own has been broke into at least 3 times..

I have lost 2 generators, one new push mower..used one time, hand tools.

My moblil home was completely empty....not one thing inside...I had just replaced the carpet...some ******* kicked the door open and broke the storm door..$1200 worth of damage..

Now I have a sign on the front door...saying the **** door is not locked....

My house has 2 cameras set up now....there is a note on my front door...if you steal anything from me again...I will have your picture...and I will hunt you down and kill you..

Some times you just get fed up with this stealing..

Guess it's all where you live, been in my house 25 years, never locked the doors, or took the keys out of the car, truck, or bikes, never had a problem.

When I moved in, most of the outside doors were just latchsets, not lockable if you wanted to. It had 8 outside doors, counting the basement, the previous owner turned over one key, a skeleton key that fit the front door, LOL.

yep, same here......

yah, never locked ANYTHING or took keys out until last year. I've lived and worked in the same village for nearly 60 years. My daughter (who lives in Albany) had her car broken into last winter while she was visiting, and ironically her car was locked (WTF)???? My wife is now making me lock everything up because of some recent break-ins and stolen gas in our area.
Things are changing and not for the best.....I put a fresh sticker in my shop window and on the back door....."protected by Remington Arms". We have some new residents and they are not of the tax-paying nor law abiding sort,,,,,so we as a community are watching the b@stards like a hawk. My surrounding neighbors are my "security cameras" BUT as they get older and migrate to the nursing homes I'm losing my security system.

I am out in the country on a dead end road, which the criminals do not like AND my neighbors are all armed to the teeth:) Not to say it could not happen but it i good to have observant neighbors. And I have no doubts what would happen if some axxhole came into my home when I was there. No remorse.
