With Oil dipping below $38/bbl My RAA11 may have to be in the back yard
You are not the only one suffering brother, when oil goes down it is a chain reaction, my work is very slow, getting between 20 and 30 hrs a week since everybody is very cautious about spending money at this time

s.d. Yellowstone area id go again in a heartbeat

A few days riding the Spearfish, SD area. A ride up to Red Lodge, MT and do the 212 Beartooth Pass (AWESOME), down to Cody, WY which would include Dead Indian Pass.
and thru Stinkystone to West Yellowstone. Sun Valley, up the Salmon River and Lolo Pass to the Missoula Triumph Shop. West to Lewiston and done the Rattlesnake Canyon to Oxbow, OR where we cross the Snake into ID and ride the Hells Canyon . . .

me personally I'd have to run up to Helena for a day or two

I am all for "Alaska" !! Beautiful scenery, no burned up vistas, great roads. Free beer and whisky to the first 10 Rocket Captains that show up to my door and pitch their tents. -Doug

Got any moose nose with potatoes and carrots to go with that beer and whiskey? ;)

That would almost make it worth putting up with all of the stinking hippies (and other assorted people looking to find themselves) on the ferry.

:)

We dont usually eat the "nose" parts!! (LOL) Those parts are typically a delicacy for the indigenous crowd...but I have consumed my share of moose steaks and burger. Caribou is good too. The last time I was on the ferry I picked it up in Haines and got off in Bellingham...that was back in 1990 when I wore a younger mans clothes and though my transport had 2 wheels it was human powered. Getting off in Bellingham I peddled it to Eureka Ca. and had enough-put the whole kit on a greyhound bus and got off in Concord NH.

But in all seriousness, anytime a Rocket rider finds themselves in Anchorage I would love to host them. -D

Well, as much as I was looking forward to the "nose", a good steak would be just as good. :)

Any monkeys bars opened up since the Wharf closed down. I always liked watching those nasty little animals behind the glass. Probably not too PC anymore though. I am sure the monkeys would have rights now. :)
