R3 Brakes pads due?

It does not matter how many XXXXX miles you’ve got. They either need replacing due to wear or they are fine. What another rider gets is not relevant to your pads.

Pretty much what the Dr says. Not trying to a smart ass, it genuinely is "when it's time" item and there is no "normal" interval due to differences in the operator's habits.

HH pads will extend your replacement interval vs stock.

I kill a set of rear pads every 8k or so, fronts last about 12k. I'd rather replace pads than clutches, so I don't go downward through the gears for lights on the Rocket. Clutch in, apply brakes, drop gears without engine braking.

It depends on how you ride, if you trail brake or drag the rear for low speed stability, if you use the rear to tighten a line mid corner vs roll off throttle, pad compound, weight etc.

I was in service with 26000km and they replaced my brake pads because they considered them worn. I did not see them.

Like tires I consider it a badge of honor to need often replacement. It means your riding hard and often.

Anyone with a 2020 or newer Rocket 3 changed their brakes yet?

I'm coming up on 40,000km (25,000miles) and with another long trip in a few weeks I'm just curious what others are seeing with respect to their brakes?

I truly get that it depends on the rider, the riding style, the roads, the usage, etc..

Not looking for anything other than...

1 - Changed mine FRONT/REAR at XX,XXX km because they were due (or advised to change them).
OR
2 - I've got XX,XXX km on my Rocket 3 and my brakes are fine.

I am looking for a point of reference, not a definitive answer. As previously stated, I get that there are a lot of factors and it really depends...
