Purchased a Mid peg kit from Ebay for my GT and these were included. Can't use them. Fit R model . Like new condition $100

Hello, do you think the cat shield would bolt up to the GT model? From looking at my GT I think it will, it would just leave a bit more of the header exposed I believe. You have a GT right? Could you try it out for me?

Yes....you're correct. It bolts up without modification. See pic.
After taking pic, I removed the GT cover and bolted up the stainless without problem.
Note: There are slots/tabs that hold the cover in place AFTER removing the one screw
shown in pic. You have to slid cover toward the front to remove.
FYI....the white marks are water residue, not scratches

Thanks for checking! My bike is a GT and the GT parts are on back order. The dealer says they may be in at the end of next week but if they aren't I'll buy your R parts. Obviously, don't wait for me to sell them if someone else makes an offer.
