Popping at Fuel injector Carb Thingy

I know using TuneECU can be a struggle. Everyone seems to have different types of problems. Using the software, downloads, or getting TuneECU to communicate with the ECU.
For me it seems to be problem with communication. Even with the correct lonetec cable I still have communication problems at times.

Watch the video I posted over and over...... it really helped me get the ball rolling with TuneECU.

Not a lot to take out from the tors , they are just a perforated sound absorption baffle packed around with fibreglass . You would need to split then up through the middle , remove the innards and then reweld them .
Better to sell them complete and put the money towards another system !

Just curious but did you verifu thst the throttle bodies are seated properly in the rubber intake manifolds leading to the head ports? Easy check no computer needed. Maybe number one is not completely in or the area arond the ban clamp is damaged. And while you checking the vac line 4 of the check the rubber plug caps for dry rot especially on cylinder number one. If it was my bike knowing it was a 05 I would change all the vacuum lines and plug caps 4 of the each, so I would not have to worry about them. And check clean and recrimp the low tension leads on the coils while your under the tank. A little preemptive maintenance to keep another problem from rearing its head while your working on her.
Yep number one throttle body adaptor seems to be the main one to let go . Could be due to the fact it's the one that is exposed to the elements more so than the other 2 ?

NEW problem popping or back firing out exhaust so on to the tune page K&n ,TORS exhaust, no Cat I'm guessing on the right map anyone have a number for the correct one. Thanks

If you are accessing this site, downloading TuneECU should be just as straightforward. Click on this link: Windows Free Version of TuneECU

You must have a computer or laptop or notebook running Windows -- the Android version will not work on the Rocket, and there is no option for MAC or iOS devices.

Some of our captains (including this one) keep an old laptop around just for this purpose.

If this doesn't work for you, you need to find a friend or other help with a computer. Otherwise, if you ride your bike to northern Virginia, you could stop by my place and we could check it out.
I do not see the map for K&N under bearclaw cat box eliminator and TORS pipes do you have the correct map for this. Thanks

The popping (back firing out the exhaust) is normal for tors. the larger exhaust allows air to flow back in and ignites the gas. when i do not like it i just pull in the clutch. but there is a tune that put more fuel in to help the popping.
