Ponters RIIIR is home!!!

I thought I had gone way over budget modding my bike, but you have humbled me sir. Your bike is possibly the best looking custom rocket I've seen! Absolutely, 100% gorgeous... and you have me seriously itching to get cash together for carbon rims now. I wonder if I can get 2 extra jobs and still have time to ride.

You are going to have to get a lot more overtime mate .. got to be one of the most expensive Rockets in captivity I'd wager ..... hahahaha
Hahaha yeah mate under no illusions mine will ever look or go as good as that , that is definately some 2 wheel **** right there though.

Thanks guys. @cadconversions the grips are Alren Ness. They have matching pegs and grip sets too which My bike sports. The actual controls assembles are Performance Machine from Performance Machine . com but I didn't like the original pegs they came with so swapped them out for the Ness.

Ponters, ya definitely nailed it, excellent dreams & ideas put into reality. I like the controls you've used & am wondering was there much involved fitting them? I want to get the master cylinder away from my headers, have a set from Rick in Victor Harbor. Can the gear & brake levers be adjusted to suit riding position? Gidday Neville if ya read this, bike is still going strong after you removed the sand & fiddled with the internals.

Thanks mate. As far as controls, had to cut the old ones off as brackets are welded. The rest is just bolt on, install appropriate length connections and off you go. Not as hard as you'd think but a bit of messing around.

One thing to be aware of you need to replace the gear selector with something of equal length from the pivot point. My new controls aren't and it does make the whole gear selection process much shorter and hence a bit clunkier when selecting a gear. It isn't a problem just a noticeable difference. If you want a better explanation let me know.
