Ponters RIIIR could be yours

At the shaft, not at the wheel where it will be more like 90 lb ft, in other words, a giant waste of money.

yep, well there goes that idea. Spoke to my wife as the only reason id get rid of my rocket is she is a bit uncomfortable to be my pillion. After discussing it with her and a couple mates I realise how much I would regret getting rid of mine so it aint going anywhere. I will be adding a Rocket touring to the stable though.

now.....

where do I start. I have said I will keep it completely stock but......... maybe just a little tweak and tuning. Get ready Mr Lush!

Ata boy...... your R3 is a product of YOUR OWN. Would not be the same in someone else's stable.

And this time don't tell your lovely but long suffering wife about the neck snapping acceleration and mack 3 speeds attainable .. maybe she will be game to get on the back then .. maybe.

Yeah, that wouldn't be a bad idea. Girls just can't see the positives in numbers like 0-100 km/h in 1.85 secs, 80-270 km/h in 6 secs and top speed of 347 km/h. You need to use words like comfortable, safe and practical.

Sounds like a fast bike. Mine is just a noisy sleeper that plods along economically but has enough power to accelerate away from trouble only when needed for safety.
