I'll be interested in the power change after they are production ready.

will have figures for you soon. we are expecting very impress results.

Are they in stainless, how far out does that middle pipe come, any chance of an overhead shot.
Man they look hot that is almost exactly what I originally asked sam to build for me but he was concerned the middle pipe was going to stick out to far

Had similar concerns but as you can see from tho pic unless your squeezing your legs in under your tank clearance is fine. you get an idea from the brake pedal as to clearance.

Think the manifold flanges are ones that Neville Lush was knocking up a while back. I got hold of a set in a bulk buy i did with an owner that sold his R3. Get onto Neville , he's a member here ... maybe he's got a few more sets left.

Yep. He's the man!

Can you shoot a picture of one and post it please? I'd like to see how he blended the oval port into a round exit.

now that you say that, i do recall them saying there is a lot of work getting it to go from oval to round, exactly what that is i don't know.

what a tease - sweet stuff - will these be produced and at what price?????????? - some of the best/sexiest design that I have seen in many years!!

So I take it your bike is at a shop having the header built? If so, possible to get a picture of the flange piece, both inside and out and post it?

Will see what I can do. I'll ask the fellas on Monday

Yeah these will be produced. Not 100%sure yet on price. Once the first production set incomplete the boys will know how many hours etc goes into them. All I know for sure is this system is the result of many many years of Rocket tuning experience coupled with even more years of specialist race exhaust building experience and up until know at least 6 weeks of my donor bike being their for the jig and process to be perfected. Given this setup and effort and the jig being setup and tested numerous times means you bastards will get cheap prices for a brilliant setup all because I will have gone weeks without a ride!!! LOL

Should be good.

Will the outlet be the the same diameter and position as standard headers?

Cant say definitively but i would guess not. The pipes are significantly bigger so I would imagine that it won't be, but as previously said I am more the test mule donor and just being updated by the guys designing and fabricating.

My request was simple. I wanted the highest quality complete system available globally, utilising the best materials, most efficient design, highest quality welds and workmanship, immaculate fit, function before form and performance unequalled and finally to be made available to anybody running stock through to 300rwhp. I found the 2 guys I believe to be the best in Australia (this is my opinion, if you disagree thats fine, keep your opinion to yourself or post it on your own thread) and offered to donate my bike as the test bike so they can make up a jig so they can produce these in batches reducing cost to all.

I also requested they make a few slip ons for the system catering to everyones individual preferences. Once again, personally I wanted the deepest loudest sound without the harshness and vulgarity of a straight through system. As i appreciate that wind noise contributes more toward permanent hearing loss than mechanical noise, i tend to wear ear plugs for most of my riding so I wanted it to be noticeable by cagers. Once again I know there are many of you that like being a little more stealthy but don't want to compromise performance so they are working on this for you to.

So it will be a complete 3 into 1 system I misunderstood thought it was only going to be headers
