Im bloody gobbsmaked , got to meet Pete and ride to RDU in his company from just outside Sydney , really dont know what to say such a shock.

Saddened to hear of this death. Was just talking about pete the other day and recounting some of the stories from RDU last year.

RIP Pete.
For such a small bloke he sure could throw that rocket around those twisties , if i remember right he was up near the front for most of it , he had those awesome wheels on it as well.

Rest in peace Peter.
We met last year at RDU and yes his enthusiasm for his Rocket was obvious. He enjoyed everyone's company that trip and the ride around the hills we all took. Glad I had the opportunity to meet you and ride with you.
A very belated condolences to family and friends.
R I P Pete.
+1

I have found Pete's address in an old text... I want to write to this address to express our sorrow (belatedly)
Does any one wish to contribute to this letter? Being mindful that I don't know who I am writing to and they may still be very grieved stricken.

Also @webmaster I think it would be fitting if we move this tread to the RDU as a sticky as we have done for our past members, just sad that none of us knew of his passing prior to his funeral.
What do you say @TOMCAT @bruce aussie @ozrider @motolink @gra53 @Malcy @CanberraR3 @HansO @ponters @dave64 @Evil Mitch @Wrecka @cusso ken @ruzzle @flyreels @Adam79 @Clay @Doug @Mike188 @slick rick @Scorp @mr hunt @Pete @R3Rider @BigAl52 @BigKel @Seanii Plunkett @Hoppa ..... I'm happy for you to add my name to the letter mate...I researched NSW traffic incidents but couldn't find anything that might have been our boy. Very sad indeed.
