I have been doing a bit of research on this setup prior to dropping the hammer on it myself.
There was some threads back awhile where there were discussions about changing the F-L switch values with Tune ECU to much lower values than they originally were. Also there was some discussion of accepting the trim tables and letting them be written to the map versus just keeping the auto tune function active and letting the wideband A/F keep adjusting for different altitude/atmospheric conditions
