Some advise
Here is the Email I received from the dealer today. I will be calling Triumph next week to see if I can make any headway with them.....
We cleaned it up and threw some powder on your head and its defiantly coming from the head. I got a hold of Triumph finally and they want us to replace the head. I let him know you were pretty upset with the bike. When you call customer service ask for Peter. He is the supervisor. So I will be ordering a head and gaskets, and a stepper motor.

Hey Jim, Unfortunately you have had some issues. Casting flaws happen with all vehicles. And to replace the head is not the worst thing in the world.
Some advise I have when speaking to Triumph, be nice. Not sure if motorcycles have a lemon law like cars. And states vary. California will be very strict to protect the consumer. If they have a lemon law, read and understand it. In FL it's 3 times back for the same concern. Again not sure if this apply's to your case.
However, with all of the issues you have had, plus time spent back and forth to the dealer, try and persuade them to extend the warranty. Tell them (nicely) this is your second Rocket and the issues with the first bike. Now you have lost confidence with your new bike.
I'm telling you through experience. I've been at the call center also the "go between" of both parties. Customer service will try to resolve the concern mutually.
Some quick notes:
Know your rights.
Be polite when speaking to Triumph customer service.
If you can't come to a resolution, ask speak to the next person in charge. Still no resolution.
Have an Attorney write a letter. (And the games begin.)
Sorry so wordy, but I hope this helps.
