Quick update,finally got a resolution to my porous cyl. head problem. Triumph came to the party and gave me a replacement bike. Yahoo! Faith restored.

Wow I am impressed and disturbed all at the same time.

Impressed that Triumph are replacing these bikes.

Disturbed that the problem seems common and serious enough that Triumph seem to have made it standard practice to just replace the bike.
