Oh No - Transmission........ BOOM Maybe.

Good dope, Warpo!
I take it these fails are due in large part to the beefed up HP?

Well sumo is off and look what I found - I suspect these bits are from the clutch basket.
Not as bad thankfully
A shout out to @warp9.9 is there a basket upgrade? I have not checked the screens yet

Makes me sick just looking at it!

@Mittzy Iam waiting on a cal from Kevin but talked to Eric at MTC this morning he went out in the shop and confirmed that they had the billet forced basket already made and in stock. I really like the bugger as I exploded my inner clutch hub and destroyed the blower cover whilst bending the input shaft on the transmission locking the motor up at about 80 MPH (threw them drawers away a week latter after I was relaxed and able to retrieve them :D )
Anyway long story short I repaired the motor and stuff the MTC clutch basket back in that did not even have a scratch on it even with all the clutch bits thrashing things up. and down the road I went. I just git off the phone with Kevin and yes they still have and do the rear component installation. which will have better mounts and rivets. ( one that dont spin because the OEM ones were not compressed sufficiently :))

A note I found out when I got mine is you want to inspect the back of your clutch where the spring are on the back lash eliminator which also absorbs shock between the engine and transmission to make sure they are not damaged like in the picture below

Just off the phone with Eric at MTC so now just need to get the basket out to inspect

You could be lucky and just started loosing the basket. Its really hard to say untill you pull it. A good thought is of the known failures I am aware of yours is the least catastrophic. Maybe you should have used lemon pledge:D

Also you should try their clutch fibers

I’ve wondered about the clutch and final drive on a bike this strong. I hope this issue is not a common thing. Tell me it’s not. It’s really hard not to adjust this beast, it’s just so much fun.
