I would love the opportunity to meet some of you folks, however this is my retirement year, and won't be able to attend. I am looking forward to meeting you folks next year as I shall be retired!!!!

Unfortunately I will not be attending this event after all.

I have cabin 3 reserved, I will keep the cabin in my name until Sept 1st to give somebody from this site an opportunity to claim it, if the need arises.

I got a call from Michelle today and she will be releasing the rest of the cabins in the morning. If you are coming and don't have a place to lay your head you need to make reservations or find somebody to bunk in with soonest.

I got a call the other day from Watcher, he might rest here in Tulsa for the night, also Rick (Vanguard) and anybody coming from the east, if you need a place to rest just give me a shout, will leave Tulsa in the morning, stop in Denton to pick up Stripes and MB and the guys from the DFW area.

Just found out about this. Anyone have a cabin with an extra bedroom? My wife an I would like to attend but do not need a whole cabin for just ourselves.
