Are you amped up . . . or what?!?!? :D
Your food sure looks tasty and I am pining away at not being able to get there from WA State at this late date.
Ya'all have a GREAT event!!!

Ya know, I am amped up. I think that I shared the fact that Once upon a time in Erwin, Tennessee I owned and operated Backwoods BBQ and Ribs restarant. Those were the happiest days of my working life, taken away through an ugly divorce and the unhappiest days of my personal life. It was the loss of my dream. I went back to the tools of the trade that never left me, electrician, but nothing compared to the smiles of the well fed and the wonderful ( mostly) folks that I got to meet.

These types of events allow me too return to past glory, thanks for the opportunity. I sincerely hope you attendees enjoy the food.

No mention of door prizes at this event ? I have some smalls that were Rocket related to put in a drawing for free stuff. Trinkets and baubles. If everyone brought a little, something from your area in a plastic grab bag it might be fun. Keep,it cheap.

These boys appear to be from up in Finland somewhere, but we would welcome then here. Your value here depends on what ya bring to the game. Hillbilly is worldwide.

Heard these boys a few years ago.
They are AWESOME!!!
ACDC would be proud.

As evidence to support my statement that Hillbilly is worldwide, the band I posted doing Thunderstruck has another video on the Tube where they are doing donuts on a tractor in the Snow and skiing behind the same tractor. Long, long day yesterday. Pie is all baked now. 8AM to 11 PM. Bought two BIG sacks of taters, baked beans and cobbler fixings yesterday. Adjusting for shorter days, I was thinking we should set a time to dine Saturday. May I suggest 5 PM? Enough daylight to see what you're eating, and time for Lori and me to pull up stakes and make it home before terribly late so we can get back on Sunday to ride a bit.
