The tent has been confirmed:
Hi mike,
Yes we have done it before, but it gets tricky if some people cancel or don't want to contribute etc. But at this time it looks like we have 16 or 17 rooms that would be about $21.00/per room. If some rooms cancel the cost will go up.
But yes we can definitely do that. Will call the tent company to set up on Thursday. If something changes please let me know.
FYI: I still have one room available it is the two room suite sleeps up to six or perfect for three guys.
