could you tell me more about 30 amp fuse by pass
do you have to pull the fuse box?
can you cut wires and insert another fuse holder?
any other tips.

Easy job for you Herman , pull the side panel an cut the wires to main 30amp fuse ,extend the wires an connect new fuse holder. I used a resetable circuit breaker 30 amp from a mobility scooter cause that's what i work on as day job. Really should have done this years ago as had problems with fuse overheating. Always knew when it got bad the bike would cut power an head light ,mil light would illuminate on clock . Always carried couple of spare fuses.
