no, no, nooooo...that wasnt the OTD price. that was b4 tax, setup, and docs.
the phantom black is nice too, its still the same bike afterall.

Thanks Molinoman, Daryl. I called D&D and they only have Phantom Black. Might have worked out too, since we're thinking of vacationing in the panhandle next month.

Postscript

Got my name on one just moments ago.
One of the local dealers never gave me a quote.
Found out why, they sold their Phantom Black yesterday.
I was happy with one of the other quotes though.
So, I added some accessories at a 10% discount and offered a couple hundred less than the new total and we are good.
He didn't have one either, but he ordered another after selling his last one three weeks ago, so it's supposed to be their by Friday (+- 2 days).
I can hardly wait!!!

Phantom Black rocks.
The difference in price between the only non demo matte I found and the phantom I bought was well over a thousand bucks.

That would pay for some pretty nice custom flames with change or go a ways toward a custom paint job (pearl orange sounds sweet to me).

I'll probably keep it Phantom black, at least for a while anyway.
Not really planning to be spending much time looking at it. Plan to spend time looking from it.
