New Vandemon on the way!

I’m in Vegas so not that far from you 👍
dfresh,
I'm getting off topic.
You know that is interesting, as I have been riding this 2020 Rocket for 3-years and haven't seen another one in Phoenix. I know they are out there.
The YouTube video of 2.5L Rockets running on the Vegas strip during Covid, is pretty cool.

I’ve seen a couple here and I’m sure there are more…..there are quite a few riders here throughout the valley.

Hello,
I have been running the E valve Vandemon Titanium Exhaust on my 2020 Rocket R (Red) with 8200 miles.
With Penner tune, for 8 months.
I mounted the push button switch on the left side right in front of the oil filler cap on an intake manifold bolt.
(I replaced the plastic push button with a stainless Momentary push button)
Now about how it sounds, in stealth mode it is as quite as the stock exhaust but less back pressure without the catalytic converter. There is a noticeable increase in performance, over stock. This could be contributed to half the weight.
Also installed,
Free flow air filter
New plugs
Now in performance mode, the note is throaty, deep, and the engine “Revs” much quicker to red line, and pulls hard……
But what I have noticed most is how smooth the engine runs now. There is an increase in HP & Torque, the traction control indicator flashes a lot now. With traction control off, I get a lot of wheel spin.
On the highway, it’s nice to reach down and switch to stealth mode and run quiet on long runs.
My gas mileage has gone up by 5 miles per gallon, on the highway.
The best of both worlds.
Not cheap, I got a deal on Black Friday at $2600 plus free shipping. Couldn’t pass it up.

Thanks for the pictures. It looks like the best system to me. I'm just confused, and don't recall it mentioned, how the path of flow goes. Is the right pipe quiet and then the dump valve just opens the unmuffled left pipe? Or do both do both?

Hello, stingray,
It’s just the opposite, the left side flows thru the baffle chamber, then out the left side muffler.
The right side flows straight thru the muffler on the right side. The right side pipe diameter is much larger than the left side.

Thanks man, so the left side is quiet mode. And nothing comes out the right side until the valve is opened? Is it also muffled just a bigger pipe or is it a straight pipe? Sorry for all the questions. Their website doesn't explain it at all. Curious because I'm about deaf in one ear. Thanks again for the scoop.

Stingray,
No worries, I invite the questions, or I would have never posted my R3 performance upgrades..
The exhaust only flows thru one side at a time. The right side is muffled only.
From what I have read from the Vandemon website, the non-E stealth exhaust system doesn’t have the baffle
Chamber, just two mufflers and flows thru both sides.
The feed back I have received, when out on rides with this exhaust is, “This Triumph Rocket sounds Bad A~”
I have owned, and built several V-Twins, that ran really well. They don’t compare to the R3.
I could only wonder how these R3s would run, with a set of equal length tuned three into one headers and this free flowing exhaust, and Penner’s tune.
I bet it would Dyno over 225 N-m of torque.
But, I could be bias…….
