New to Forum 2014 Roadster owner

Welcome from Mississippi! There's been lots of new members on here lately looking to buy a rocket so maybe we'll end up with two happy new members! That is a lot of bikes you've owned. I'm jealous, wish I could've even ridden half that number!

I would argue that someone on here might well be interested in a brand new, extremely low mileage R3. I know I would be if I had the cash saved up. A matte Roadster is what I really wanted, and I know there are a number of members with lots of miles, and once you experience the Rocket, nothing else satisfies...

Which leads to my question Charles; Why did you buy a new R3, ride it 1900 miles, and decide to sell it? What don't you like about it? Uncomfortable? Unpredictable? Unharley?

Had a few Rocket Owners join just to advertise a bike or parts for sale. Agree it's a obvious place to advertise a Rocket for sale but some would think that joining a forum just to sell a bike , it's a bit ... well there's more than one in every group .. here anyway Charles ;)
That's why I pulled my ad on here which offered my bike to R3 owners first and did not intend to offend anyone. My bike is like new with some extras and I would have given someone a steal on it but if I do sell it, it won't be offered on this forum anymore. And I would have taken $9500 for it. Just thought that I'd give R3 owners first dibs.

I have owned several bikes and love all kinds of bikes, particularly muscle bikes and Harleys. I always have at least two bikes but I must admit, the Rocket puts a smile on my face every time I twist the throttle. Thanks for welcoming me to the forum.

Actually I'd say trying to sell a Rocket to a bunch of guys (and gals) who already own one doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I'd be putting it up where there are people who own Americas or mid sized rice burner cruisers and might be tempted to move up. I just sold mine and while I let a couple of mates know, I only made a passing mention of it on here. Just sayin'.
That's good advice, thanks, not for sale on here anymore.
