New Rotrex C38-91 Supercharger

How many revs to make it to 250mph:confused:IMO you can make all the power you want but if it wont rev well past 8000rmp and hold together your screwed.Thats unless you have changed gear ratios/drive line.

I agree, there has to be some additional mods done since mine will reach 150 and it's maxed out in RPM's. It is only a 5 speed :(.

9400 rpms with the 240/50/16 tire is 250.004 mph
The Carpenter stage 1 engine has the rev limit at 9000 and Deans bike hits the rev limiter regularly.

ya but wheel spin and wheel growth tend to cancel each other out!!! Besides in some peoples case they are eliminating all reference to a Rocket and moving closer to a busa look.

Here's the flow chart for the C38-91, supplied to me by ROTREX. It's not yet published on their website, so consider yourselves lucky b*stards to see it. ;)

The turbine speed limit on this blower is 90,000 RPM:

If you compare this chart to that of the C38-81, you will see clearly that the area of 75% efficiency extends much lower into the RPM range, and that max flow is much higher. There really is no comparison to the smaller C30-94.

No comments on my engine RPM or HP until I own the MPS/BG-3000/4 class record.
