Traded mine in for the R3R, loved that bike but time to move on to something a little less harsh. I found my shoulders ached after a ride, a problem not yet encountered on the triumph.

By way of rubbing salt into your wounds, I had the seat at the higher level Feet flat on the deck too.

picked up a brand new rocket roadster last week. flat black. of course it started raining (pouring) in
seattle so i only have 300ish miles so far. been reading the forums trying to learn and picking out

Gaston Rahier .. who won the Paris to Dakar rally way back was no taller than you Lupe. He was on a factory prepared 800GS that would have been taller than a 1200GS .. where there's a will there's a way.
