twistedwhisker, I'm curious to know if you are able to ride on the sidewall with that size CT on our stock rim? I mounted a Toyo T1R about 2,000 miles ago and although I really like it, when I saw significant wear an inch and a half up the sidewall after some hard pushing in the twisties, that made my mind up to go back to a MT. There's no way I can justify the risk of riding on an unreinforced part of any CT.
I ran 205 B'stone Potenza G019 Grids on my VTX 1800s to good effect, however it was not possible to lean those bikes over enough to get those tires running on their sidewalls.
