sweet looking ride.

You won't be able to get a Riken Raptor in the 205/60 that you need for the Touring.

Some owners have used the General Altimax HP with good results. I think that it might be a bit hard (440 treadwear rating).

There is an Aurora H107 on tiresavings.com that has a 340 treadwear rating. Might be worth a try.

Fight..

I am new to this site......**** I love a good fight

I run a Goodyear Eagle F1 225X50X16, I absolutely love it. If I ever need to change it I will go with a 55 or the 60

Been running it since 2007 on my new 2005 Rocket III. I live in NC and run the dragon many, many times a year. I am on my 3rd set of feelers and my second brake line. Yes the Dragon will get the rear steel brake line on a rocket III...Oh what a feeling when it does

Tires are like women.
Some like them WIDE
Some like them THIN
Some like them STABLE
Some like them CRAZY

What ever trips your trigger

Running 130-145 and the type of tire will not be your only issue im afraid. But hey, thinning the heard is needed from time to time.

darkside doesn't have to be so dark

I have abou 80k on roger (05 rocket) 75k on the darkside I presently run a 205/60 /16 Bridgestone potenza and the bike is not as heavy at slow speeds and doesn't lean into the crown of the road nearly as much traction is good corning is a a treat like it suppose to be LOOK OUT FOR THE DRAGON SLAYER LOL

I started with a Riken Raptor. A soft tread wear. After my indulgence with a MC Cobra tire I might choose a greater TWC (tread wear compound) than the Rinken. I ran my Rinken tire approx. 15k and it had no tread left. Thats far better than the 75m Id previously achieved with a stock Metzler.
