need some info on LED's

I wanna put a license plate frame on my Rocket with LED's in it, turn signals and tag light. What do I need to do this????? equalizer?? flasher??
Any help would be great.

I've done some LED's on a different bike. I also mounted amber LED's on each side of the license plate (drilled a hole thru the bracket to feed the wires thru) and used the knight rider tail light.
Very cool.
YES, you will need a load equalizer to slow the blink rate of LED's or else they'll blink too fast.
Wiring can be a pain, be patient...

Hey TD how are you??? I'm relocating my license plate on to my fender above my tail light. I did get my mount at JP, like the one you have and got an equalizer there. Got great service there also!!!! I found a tag frame at custom chrome, it has the LED turn signals built in the sides of it. I have to put a tag light in it also. Can't wait for my parts to get here to get this done.
