also possible to run down battery if your bat is not up to par.

Where did you get your cable some of those are notorious for being bad.

Forgive me for this... Seriously, ....but check the kill switch.

So true, there have been posts before when people bought a brand new cable from Amazon. Some work, some don't - Some work a few times then don't. then they buy the cable from lonelec.com & it works every time. (In case you don't have the cable from lonelec.com)

I got lucky the one I bought years ago still works and it was not from them. In fact it was from where ever Wayne Tripp had me order it from.

When buying off Amazon, it probably just depends on the source that it's coming from on each particular vendor

Finally got the cable to connect and recovered the ECU. Downloaded the new map and ran it for 12 minutes. Everything seems ok. Haven't ridden it yet but very soon after I pick up my bobber tomorrow.

Glad you got it sorted, my you sick in the guts when your bike doesn't run. Personally I feel safer using the Lonelec cable.

Hi all, more help please. Cable turned up and downloaded everything but won't allow me to make adjustments?? Here are some pics and you'll see the throttle bodies need tweeking. Any help would be greatly appreciated
