Thank you all found it....ordered a black one...(part number T2505514-PS if anyone needs it in black)....cant believe Triumph builds a 2300cc monster and then puts this bit of plastic rubbish on it ......damm flimsy crap broke.... I wouldn't even replace it but there's a big gap left when its not there.

Check the two mounting tabs on the bike. The ones if seen with one of the plastic mounting tab broke off was because one of the frame mount was bent. Straightened mine out and no more nroken tabs.

Warp....tab was indeed slightly bent.....nice tip bud!

OMG I have one of those big metal thing sitting on the shelf at home I might just have a go at putting it on the front.
