IMHO, if it doesn't leak and you're good with it (mentally)... there's nothing to done except keep a close eye on it. For me, I'd replace it as soon as able based on the risk vs. cost. If this was on my wife's bike, I wouldn't let her ride it to the repair shop... I'd take it for her without issue though.

Tire pressure is fine. No air leak.
The screw is only 1/16th inch diameter and 3/16th inch in length, and was in the middle of the tire, not in the tread, so can't imagine it caused any damage.
It is so tiny that my wife laughed when I pulled it out. Wait, that didn't sound right

It's not the money. It's just because I can't imagine it could've caused any damage, plus the hassle of taking it to the dealer and them effing with it.
