Guessing Bruce will be the only thing about us taking off on Thursday, if that was the plan ? He can't take time off as easily as the rest of us . Not even sure if he's put his hand up to join us as yet ... Bruce you coming ? PS i don't really want to leave him to ride on his own like he had to at Hervey Bay.

I won't be going Julie and I have just brought a caravan and will be spending easter somewere on the N.S.W. northcoast on the water. Mabey Wooli or Brooms Head. So the bike will be having a rest over Easter. Can't do everything much as I would like to. Thanks for the thought T.C. Looking for someone to set a brisk pace are you?

I dont rekon a brisk pace would be a good idea (Double demerit points) well not all the way at least.

Pete just rang me asking about actual numbers going to Nabiac at Easter and the costs for our accomodation.. couldn't tell him either. Assume if we are having the camp to ourselves there will be an overall cost that we need to divide amongst those attending. As there have been a few blokes that have stated they can't make it i guess we need to know who is actually attending. I'm sure i'm not the only one that doesn't want to f#ck the camp owners around at one of their most lucative weekends. If we only have enough blokes coming to over-run the Nabiac pub perhaps that's what we should do.... maybe now is a good time to get a 'yeh i'm coming' headcount .. your thoughts ?

The camp accommodation is as follows;

• Teepee - 2 x doubles plus 6 x singles
• Bunkhouse - 8 x singles
• Jayco Flamingo Camper - 2 x doubles
• Caravan - 2 x doubles

TOTAL - 14 singles plus 6 x doubles
Plus plenty of spots to pitch a tent or swag for those who wish to.

Cost per person is $35 / night for those in beds (sheets, pillow, blanket provided) & $25 / night for campers.


I agree TC; unless we have decent numbers we should consider pulling. So everyone, please say whether you're coming or not.
