Boog was asking about the oil barrier underneath the new TFC...

WAY back in the day when I got my first Triumph (1967 Bonneville), I took it back to the dealer because it was leaking oil. I thought he was BSing me when he told me the oil leak is normal and that if it wasn't leaking, it was out of oil. When I was like WTH, he said if you don't want a bike to leak, buy a Honda...

Looks great, but why is it the only bike that needs an oil barrier underneath?

It's a dribble sheet - aimed more at catching drool or the odd escape of pee from the weary prostrated among us.

When I purchased my R3 some 10 years ago - the idea was that my missus would be occupying the rear seat. AFAICR - that was in total about 3 hours. Something about speed in corners - never fully understood.
