Muffler clamp problem

Have lost two muffler clamp bolts on lower right hand pipe. The last one vibrated out after less than 50 miles! Better check yer bolts boys. I had to use a self locking type jam nut over the nut plate just to keep the bolt in place!!!

On my '70 Bonnie I have to safety wire the bolts to the muffler. Even then it vibrates through the bracket ond they have to be changed every 5-10,000 miles.

Weird, never had that problem on my '70 Bonnie. Used lots of loctite though
