I am ordering a Fuelbot 2.0. Anyone that has one have any tips, concerns or accolades? Seems like a good thing for long trips.
Read the initial thread on them - there are some starter values in there

Take your time calibrating it at the start - I suggest AT LEAST 3 tankfuls before you fully TRUST.

Oh and try not to put it too close to normal line of sight. It can be a bit unnerving watching the tank level drop THAT fast!.

Pretty straight forward to fit up @Rocket Geezer , I have tank capacity set at 20 Litres (about 5.2 US gallons) that way I have a reserve.... mostly a couple of hours riding over here is enough to want to stretch the legs ;)

Depends on what tune you are running so as @barbagris said at least 3 tank fulls. I take a couple of screen shots of page 4 and the main page on my phone, record fuel used and go through the settings when I get home.

My settings are with a standard rear Metzler tyre but a modified tune

Your "pre-tune" mileage per tank is about what I get, and a lot of "through town" start-n-stop stuff will really knock it down. In my estimation, the best road fuel mileage is achieved at 60 or less (assuming you're on back roads, etc., where one can actually only make 60 mph or less, obviously).
Yep, and I find that when Pretty Pillion rides with me, my mileage goes up significantly. Must be magic...

Thank you all. Very good suggestions, especially after reading the 2 manuals he provided. He suggests 100 miles to refill tank. Would it be good to use the same 100 miles to average the distance rather than the 10 miles suggested? It's supposed to ship tomorrow.

Even though I don't drive like a "Hooligan" most of the time (heh!); I do enjoy the feel of solid acceleration (quite addicting!!!) and get around 28 miles per gallon (combined city/highway)... giving me a range of around 120 miles before I start searching for fuel.

HOON!  :p

The longer the run before start and stop - the more precise the maths gets. I ran mine from full to warning light.
