Metzler tires

Hi! -anyone having handling probs with these replacement tires ?

Thanks for that. My front now seems to want to 'flop over' at walking speeds and difficult to look cool wavin' those bars at passers-by. Leans over and sits a line better than the Bridgestones, but sometimes has a little wiggle walkabout doin' it while still feeling ok. Driving the motorway above 70 I also get a distinct handlebar wander at about 1sec frequency. - bit like a faint precusor to a tankslapper.
I feel like a real moaner and the dealer says Triumph hasn't had any such reports. I will definately get the m'way prob sorted though.

Never had a problem with the Metzelers, Silver - I wonder why

Only problem, I have to keep replacing them with all the miles (darkside may be calling)

Not had a single issue with the new Metzlers on the R3T.. Like them a whole lot better than the Stones.. I've had 10 or more sets between the my WIfe's and my Goldwings and never had any real wobble issues.. (although other Wingers whine endlessly about them...) :lol:

DC, I guess I haven't experienced a trip with you yet that shows your true style - :lol: I get around 10K miles on my Metzler rear tire! Just put my 3rd tire on at 21K miles.

Overall, no problem with the Metzler's - no wobble, no squirm, etc...got a little cupping on the front, but not serious enough to replace yet.
