You don't need Facebook. Just click the 'rocketeers' link at the end of my post and it will take you to the map

Just tried the link. got to the map, but no tools to add my name or drop a pin as you stated. I don't do Facebook either?

There's a little icon at the top that looks like an upside down teardrop that lets you add your location.

Near the top of the map

Left click on this:

When you move you cursor back to the map it will give you cross hairs.

Move to your location, or whatever you want to use as your location and left click which will bring up this:

Type your name or something into the area that says Point XXX. Save it and you are done, unless you want to upload a picture.

Ya, I understand how to drop a pin or balloon, but there's no tool bar on the map to allow that. I have a Mac and don't do google chrome either. Doesn't come up like Bob R demonstrates?
