No kidding. I hope we do this again. I'm getting my second knee replacement in the fall so will be a full up round in the spring of 2020.

Thank you Captains for the cheers. The credit goes to all who have given me pointers, tolerated my slow riding and slowed down to show me how to enter turns correctly. I still ride too close to the yellow line. Im working on it. The credit goes to Scott who has been able to tweak the throttle control issues my bike had. The credit goes to Anthony and his wife Theresa who have driven many hours to meet with me and coach my riding. The credit goes to Terra who agreed to drive early to MV and house my butt for four days so I could get some hill riding in before the RAA rally. OlBull the front Pilot 5 works even for slow riders. The reversed grooves shed water well without loss of traction or directional control.

Without this Group I would still think that a the best sweepers are the ramps to get on and off the freeway here in Houston. I am infinitely grateful to you all.

Much gratitude, Amigo!
I blush from your kind words.

I'll say this, if you're going to follow someone fatser than you through a road to get more comfortable with entry speeds and mid corner speeds Steve will be a great candidate.

I'm a terrible candidate lol, fun leads to faster leading to fun cyclicly until Im pushing like 10/10ths, horrible teacher lol.

From there I'd highly recommend track time on a sportbike as the next step. Nothing, no number of miles, no hours of seat time, will improve your riding as much as a challenging session on track.

Id like to try that on a 250. Wonder if there is a day track here in Texas.

We enjoy riding with you, if it also helps increase your skill, so much the better.

We've talked about this - https://msrhouston.com.
I can't decide if I want to turn the Super Duke into a track bike or buy something like a GSX-R750

I must apologize for my riding skills as they are quite ruff. I am better then the old days. But I think I had a edge this time do to lifes turmoil's. Sure glad graywolf took me out after church to dispel some of them evil creatures. Anyway I can say I road Ricks bike several times harder and harder testing that Michelin front tire he had on. Man what a blast. I did notice when I got back the rear max was quite slippery in the parking lot. Glad you had a extra wheel Rick. :D
