Maggie valley June 2019

I was using Fred Flinstone equipment the last time. This is a machine with skilled hands at the controls. Sooo many things I'll perfect between now and then. I hear that pork butts and ribs and chicken are the order of the day for Halloween this year.

The widow lady next door has a apple tree and a plum that she wants cut down after my gut heals up. If the wife decides to come I will have the trailer so I can throw a bunch nuggets in a tote and bring it.

What’s a pincho?
Pinchos are seasoned and marinated meats on a skewer and are a Puerto Rican dish and readily available at roadside stands there. Can be chicken or pork and seasonings vary but they are very tasty. Look up the recipe for Pinchos Marunos. You didn't know I cook all persuasions of grub? I have a barbacoa ( beef cheek ) ready this morning for tacos and for my chili. Pictured is a pork pincho.
