Maggie valley June 2019

I made a long journey today. Unlike the food truck that I had no time to build anyway and sold, I brought "Lady Liberty" home today. She was completed on 9-11-18 The 17th Anniversary of the attack on this country. You know what myself and Clint and Mr. Cox can do on inferior equipment and in another thread I'll call Lady Liberty I'll run through the possibilities.

Front has a Bayou Classic burner for scratch made sausage gravy to go with the baked biscuits and coffee. Rainman and STB are holding my commercial Bunn coffee maker for me.

I'm salivating already, and still sore from kicking myself from the last time work interfered when you were cooking.
I was using Fred Flinstone equipment the last time. This is a machine with skilled hands at the controls. Sooo many things I'll perfect between now and then. I hear that pork butts and ribs and chicken are the order of the day for Halloween this year.

Like Journeyman said. Come ride this place. I'll cook. No fast food. No need to go anywhere and no embarrassing gestures of kindness and appreciation. Your silence while eating is my reward. Now.....Back to the subject. L.L. is posted in another forum heading.
