I made a long journey today. Unlike the food truck that I had no time to build anyway and sold, I brought "Lady Liberty" home today. She was completed on 9-11-18 The 17th Anniversary of the attack on this country. You know what myself and Clint and Mr. Cox can do on inferior equipment and in another thread I'll call Lady Liberty I'll run through the possibilities.

3 shelf 3 foot deep 5 foot wide reverse flow smoker body. Pork butts, briskets, chicken, Pinchos and more.

Left front is a two shelf 48 inch wide charcoal grill.

Back end is a 4 shelf rib box and sausage hanger smoker with firebox below.

Front has a Bayou Classic burner for scratch made sausage gravy to go with the baked biscuits and coffee. Rainman and STB are holding my commercial Bunn coffee maker for me.

I was using Fred Flinstone equipment the last time. This is a machine with skilled hands at the controls. Sooo many things I'll perfect between now and then. I hear that pork butts and ribs and chicken are the order of the day for Halloween this year.
