If you have the cost of the tent calculated per room you may not be figuring it the best way. Since so many others including myself are staying at other places you might ought to charge per participant. I'm good for what ever method you choose just trying to make sure the costs are covered.

I know Wendy said she is not getting involved but if someone does not pay oh boy will they be in trouble as wendy will beat them around the head, neck, face and body.
