Jay and Wendy. Thank you for ALL you two do to make our stay comfortable. We will also need to pay for our caterers. Not sure how many cooks are coming, just so we pay them. Anyway you guys want it is fine. Might be easier to collect for the tent after we get there. Some won't show up for whatever reason, family, health, work. $ht happens. Make it 20 per person, extra goes toward food. Easier that way
 
Things have changed if everyone is ok with it just pay Rob the extra $18.75 when u check in
As for the ones that stay across the street I will collect from y'all and give to Rob
@TheKid everyone can pay the cook
I'll call Rob later on to let him know to collect the y for the tent when y'all check in
