I'm planning on riding in with tribal Jim and we both have rooms across the road @ this place.
 
Paul I would have to disagree with you if you are referring to the Holiday Motel -as nothing to write home about- true it is not a five star establishment but the owners Rob and Gabbi a young couple have been super nice to this site for over a decade, the place is clean ,well looked after, they bend over backwards for you, maid is in your room every day, now Stearns Ky that place was a **** hole.

Would love to see you and the lovely T also. I'll call in the AM for a res. Rob suggested I book another place but to ask about their cancellation policy in the event something opens up at his place..
 

We go near there, to Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak.
